Services Description
Wlexironzlo provides custom clothing upcycling, garment modification, and accessory transformation services. All work is performed at our Frenchtown, NJ studio location. Service availability and pricing may change without prior notice.
Customer Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and project information
- Ensure items submitted for transformation are clean and free of hazardous materials
- Communicate project requirements clearly before work begins
- Collect completed items within 30 days of notification
- Pay agreed-upon deposits and final balances in a timely manner
Project Approval
All transformation projects require written approval before work begins. Once approved, modifications to project scope may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to decline projects that are not feasible or fall outside our capabilities.
Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted are estimates based on initial assessment. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. A 50% deposit is required for custom projects. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
Intellectual Property
All content on wlexironzlo.world, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Wlexironzlo and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we exercise professional care in all transformations, Wlexironzlo is not liable for pre-existing damage to items or natural material limitations. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hunterdon County, NJ.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
