Wlexironzlo provides custom clothing upcycling and accessory transformation services. Due to the personalized nature of our work, each project is unique and created specifically according to customer specifications and approval.
Approval Process
Before any transformation work begins, we provide:
- Detailed consultation about your project vision
- Written description of proposed modifications
- Clear pricing and timeline estimates
- Request for your approval to proceed
Work only begins after you have reviewed and approved the project scope. This approval process is designed to ensure satisfaction with the final result.
Satisfaction Commitment
We are committed to delivering high-quality transformations that meet your expectations. If you have concerns about your completed project, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss the matter.
Revisions
For projects where the result differs from the approved specifications, we offer:
- Free assessment of the concern
- Complimentary adjustments if the deviation was our error
- Discussion of additional modification options if desired
Items Not Eligible for Revision
The following situations are not eligible for free revisions:
- Changes requested after approving the original project scope
- Issues related to pre-existing damage or material limitations disclosed during assessment
- Subjective preference changes after project completion
- Items not collected within 30 days of completion notification
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
- Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for unstarted portions of work
- Full refunds are not available for completed custom projects
Item Collection
Completed items must be collected within 30 days of notification. Items not collected within this period may incur storage fees. Unclaimed items after 90 days become property of Wlexironzlo.
